was born in 1965 at Zwettl/Lower Austria. After finishing his Matura he studied piano at the Vienna Universtiy for Music and Dramatic Arts graduating with Diploma and Magisterium. He then completed his studies in piano performance at the Vienna Conservatory Private University with Franz Zettl, as well as attending master classes with Oleg Maisenberg and Rudolf Kehrer.
Over the years he has gained considerable experience as soloist and chamber musician.
Karl Eichinger is leader and pianist in the Ensemble "Wiener Instrumentalsolisten" (Vienna Symphony Virtuosi).
Artistic Direktor of Festvals in Vienna and Lower Austria.
